A successful culture of safety starts with a top-down belief and a corresponding set of actions and policies around safety. During the pandemic, we saw this in some companies where leadership took it on to develop that culture of safety for their employees emphasizing the need for early detection of COVID in the workplace through rapid PCR testing for employees. CruzMedMo has worked with several local companies to help promote that culture of safety. Through such programs several companies report ZERO employee to employee transmission throughout the pandemic. We provide patients with quick, quality medical care, and we also strive to create a comfortable and informative experience that helps take the stress out of your life.

Where are you located?

We have a business office at 626 Frederick St. Santa Cruz. This is where you may come to get PCR testing for COVID, flu or RSV. Testing is collected in your car or at our front door. All our other services are mobile, reach out to us and we will coordinate when and where we can treat you.

What are your hours?

The business office for lab testing is open Monday through Friday from 9am - 10pm
Our physician services are available 9am - 7pm Monday through Friday. (with a normal concierge fee)

Do you have after-hours services?

Yes, we offer after-hours services: 7pm-10:00pm Monday-Friday, and 9am-10:00pm on weekends. We charge a $250 concierge fee per visit during these off-hour times.

What is a concierge fee?

A concierge fee is a convenience fee you pay for us coming to you. It would not be a fee that insurance companies would reimburse nor may you use HSA/FSA to pay for it.

Our Concierge fee rate:
Monday-Friday 9am-7pm, $150/site visit
Monday-Friday 7pm-10:00pm, $250/site visit
Saturday & Sunday 9am-10:00pm, $250/site visit

Does a concierge fee cover my medical expenses?

No, think of the concierge fee as a luxury expense for the convenience of not having to spend half a day in an ER or urgent care. We will bill your insurance as an in-network provider and (by law) we must bill you for any copay, deductible and coinsurance. Please check with your insurance to know your plan specifics and Explanation of Benefits.

Health Insurances Accepted

My billing guy informs us we can say that we are accepting the major insurances, since we can back bill for 90 days from the time we are accepted as in-network
